There is a 3-person minimum - if at least 3 people do not register by the Thursday before the class, the class will be rescheduled.
Pre-payment/registration is required - You must register (with payment) no later than the Thursday prior to the class date!

(Must be postmarked by the register-by date)

Registration/Cancellation/Refund policy

Registration and Payment:
Pre-registration and payment is required. It is preferred that registration/payment be made no later than five (5) consecutive days prior to the date of the event/class. This is mainly so we'll know how much food to purchase and prepare, how seating should be arranged, and to cover the cost of the food for the class.
Example: If class is on 1/10/06, payment should be made by 1/05/06.

Cancellation/Refunds:
While we understand that unforseen circumstances can occur that may warrant cancellation, we are unable to refund registration payments. However, we are more than happy to credit your payment towards a future class within one month (30 days)* of the initially scheduled class date.
*After 30 days you forfeit your payment and class if you have not scheduled within the 30-day period, no exceptions.
